Pronunciation of this model's name: eh-tee-en eye-gner. Named after Austro-Hungarian (not French!) fashion designer Etienne Aigner, who founded his namesake company in 1950 after apprenticing with fellow designers Christian Dior and Cristóbal Balenciaga.
